Abstract
This snapshot examines refugees and migrants’ movements as a result of the conflict, the main challenges encountered while trying to find safety and the protection abuses faced. It focuses mainly on Ethiopians and Eritreans who fled to Eastern Sudan in the early months of the conflict in 2023.
