Abstract

The Kiryandongo Job Fair aimed to foster self-reliance among Sudanese refugees by bridging the gap between job seekers and potential employers. The primary goal of the event was to create pathways for sustainable livelihoods by connecting refugees with employment opportunities, promoting entrepreneurship, and enhancing their understanding of the Ugandan job market. The event emphasized equipping participants with the necessary information and tools to successfully navigate employment challenges and integrate into the local economy.
